Booking Issue:
When we booked through Make My Trip, I mentioned “2 adults and 1 child” with the child being 16 years old. However, the booking system only registered the child as aged 1. This resulted in an unexpected additional charge of ₹1200/-. Breakfast:
The breakfast quality was disappointing. The setup was poor, possibly due to ongoing renovations. This needs significant improvement. Parking:
The car parking arrangements were inconvenient and not up to standard. Staff Behavior: • The reception staff displayed rude behavior, which left a bad impression. • On a positive note, the security personnel at the entrance were very humble, and the service boy provided excellent service. Room and Interior:
The interior design of the hotel is amazing, and the room quality was excellent—comfortable and well-maintained. Suggestions: • Address the issue with Make My Trip to ensure child ages are reflected accurately. • Improve the breakfast quality and organization. • Train reception staff to be more polite and professional. • Revisit parking arrangements to make them more convenient for guests. Overall, while the room and interiors were great, the service experience needs to match the quality of the accommodation.
