No food at all, no hot water

Our stay at Bamboo creek is absolutely wonderful. very neat nd well maintained rooms are peaceful with nature surrounded by lush greenery making perfect escape. Hospitality is very good. Helped in booking elephant ride which saved lot of time standing in que. The place was beautiful, clean and aesthetically designed. The host (owner) was very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was delicious... highly recommend this place for stay for few nights.

Large rooms with excellent reception. The owner welcomed us very nicely. Tasty breakfast and sufficient parking area. Also it is located on the main road to wander around. we traveled for a family vacation and booked 3 rooms. after reaching the property, we got to know there is no facility for dinner, which was the first surprise. second surprise was when we asked for plates for dinner and we got the parcel from outside. it was about 10:30 PM and the owner told us that we are disturbing them (by asking for plates). we didn't even know that 10 PM is the cutoff. third surprise - me and my son went for elephant ride early morning and we're getting late. my wife asked the owner to keep the breakfast for both of us which they agreed to. Suddenly at 11 AM, owner comes and asks us to check-out. our check-out time was 12 PM. when I told her this then she says she will get it Changed, but since she adjusted for breakfast, we should also adjust with her and leave the rooms as other guests were coming. Rooms are definitely spacious, property is beautiful, but the management needs to behave.

We wanted to experience a homestay and we had a wonderful experience here in Bamboo creek. The rooms were fully white which gave calmness to the stay. Bamboo creek is surrounded by green trees and is located on main Road in kumily. Sightseeing points and market is walking distance from Bamboo creek. They have 7 rooms and all are organized. They have balcony to relax. Service was good.

Rarichen and his wife Lissy are great hosts. Their property is clean and comfortable and they go the extra mile to ensure their guests are well looked after. Their location is ideal for visitors to Thekkady.

Very close to main Thekkady market and very clean and tidy place. Lizzy is very sweet and received us with great hospitality.

We booked for hotel but got Homestay. No hotel facility was there as it was a Homestay property. Tv was not running. Rooms were good and property owner behaviour was very good. They clocked breakfast for us and it was also very good. We were disappointed as we needed the hotel services.

Newly and nicely constructed rooms, nice ambiance. If you want to relax, just enjoy in sit-out or open windows. Hotel owners family is very responsive and friendly. Nice play area for kids as well.

Stay was excellent. MakeMyTrip disappointed it because it was not informed that the rooms for 3 will have bed only for 2 and the 3rd one to sleep on a mattress. Unacceptable.
