It was a very bad experience, I and my daughter had made the payment online, when we reached they took Rs. 500 extra for the stay and also the food was also charged extra compared to the quantity. The AC was not working properly water came out from it and also there was ice forming on the AC. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I’m too much unhappy with service and staff .. there is no cleaning no water in washroom and when i told then they mentioned we don’t care and told me that i can give my feedback... i will suggest MMT to remove this property otherwise image of MMT will be down .. plz let me know in case you need pictures

well,To be honest the staff and the services and the foods of this hotel is as good as 5star hotels. If you are planning for long stay or family stay,this hotel provides the best quality of management's.Even the hotels price are fare,Kindly do visit if u are searching affordable hotels in Safdarjung enclave.

Condition of room was very pathetic. Room hygiene and furniture condition was also very poor. Bathroom condition was poor and water supply to Bathroom was very slow.

There is no welcome drink, small room, bad staff, no room service, dont choose, no location on internet

I asked for upgradation of room they didnt do that and the bed was horrible it was about to break even the washroom waa so dull. Even the 20 rs water bottle was charges for 30rs which was rediculous. Very disappointed

It was the worst experience i had. The washroom was very dirty, the flush was broken, pillow and bedsheets were dirty and torn too, i asked the staff to change it but they denied, staff did not respond ever after multiple requests for drinking water.

The room and the toilet and the receptionist is totally a waste and not go-id for human to stay at that place and location is also different direction. Not recommended

Nice clean stay. Attenders are really helpful and they will procide you with food and tea and pthers things on demand
