good service & all staff is very lovely & room is very neat & clean and food is also healthy & fresh and testy I am very happy & and I will come again ❤️❤️

The location is very far from the main rishikesh and there is no conveyance to reach the hotel overall the staff service is very good and all the staff is very cooperative. The location of the hotel is good me and my partner really enjoy the view of the backside river and also visit thr taliyal fall which is also very near to the hotel location.

Breakfast is not good. I stay for 2 days and both 2 days quality of breakfast food is not good. 2nd day they may be served previous day food.

Stay was excellent and people are also very good. Good ambiance and well maintained property. Food quality is also very good. We were 9 people and each one like the property and the hospitality.

Reception service terrible(1/5) room view -bad (1/5) sport activity-terrible (1/5) access to river-terrible(1/5) dg running on front of room -terrible (1/5) roors are goods(4/5) food is good(4/5) not referred not any one.

There was some dispute to the hotel and we were asked to vacate the property. We had to face some troubles

Over all very satisfied by avenue 18. Everything is just perfect here rooms location surroundings staff food gaming area just everything is perfect. Will suggest to book if you are looking for a calm and a relaxing holiday.

The hotel location is awesome. Enjoy every bit of time spend there. Playing different games are an adding enjoyment at the hotel. Dinner and breakfast is delicious and the hospitality service also admirable i. E. Of raveena who make no stone unturned during the service

Hotel is very nice, property is very clean and staff is very humble and supportive. Fee things which are good - cleanliness - staff support -food items are very good and tasty. -game zone is good -swimming pool is very clean there are few things which need to improve - wifi is not working properly - dental kits are not provided, may be provided on request. -acces to river side from hotel is closed due to some dispute, need to take entry from outside hotel. - park is not functional which is prime attraction of property.

I have come 4 time visit avenue 18 but this time not enjoy my frnds because garden area property sale out both side are close,

Room was very good with river view and swimming pool facing balcony, enjoyed alot with the good views from my room. Hotel staff very friendly, i can say overall stay was very good.

This is no doubt a good property, but there is nothing much to explore. But i enjoyed my stay with avenue 18. The most fabulous thing regarding avenue 18 was the food. High quality with no so expensive rate card. Thanks for the ginger tea my friend, i will always remember the taste of that.

Good place enjoying joyful. Best for kids and adult. Backside river is too awesome. Always mood come again and again. Superb overall best trip.

Good food, good rooms, nice and cooperative staff. Spa was not operational.

The staff is cooperative, and the food is also nice, but the property isn't maintained properly. The bathroom and room were stinking, so we asked them to provide us with a room freshener. The stairs lobby area was also dirty, and bees were flying around. We chose the property based on the pictures available, but it did not meet our expectations. I believe they should renovate the bathrooms and improve cleanliness.

Staff was friendly, location good as per my liking, lack of their own transport is a problem to the guest without own vehicle. Food is good. Rates are okay for stay and food.

The avenue 18 resort is in lap of nature. Swimming in natural water at the back of resort is cherry on top. Food buffet was great with so much variety of food options for kids, adults, vegitarian and non vegetarians. Staff is humble and helpful. Ordered food for lunch, that was also very tasty and price was also reasonable. So you don't need to go out looking for food.

Hotel staff was very cooperative and food was really tasty. Location is awesome(although the route to reach hotel is hilly and narrow, rest is all good.

This resort is located extremely far away from civilisation. Extremely difficult to reach. The reception area is so badly managed. Pool was dirty and smelly. Rooms are old fashioned with keys. No lock at bathrooms. Fridge was like a microwave. Fan is good only if it’s switched off. And there’s no river. It’s just looks good on pics.
