Absolutely horrific. The room was pathetic and no bottled water served. The room had cockroaches and the AC also didn’t work. A refund needs to be initiated otherwise will definitely raise this to the highest level

The home stay is near to huge garbage dump it is unbearable to stand out for some time. As such property’s caretaker is okay and it is cost is cheap. However recommended avoid due to bad smell around.

Location not at all suitable for stay because of large garbage dump. The house is filled with garbage smells. Also ac's don't work properly makes lot of noise. Overall worst experience

Location poor adjoining at garbage stock yard so results bed smell in home stay property. Service poor like no supply of bislery water or any distilled water. Overall bed experience.

Amraai name derives from 5 mango tree in the garden of homestay. Homestay is well maintained. Room is not very small. Rooms are situated at 1st floor of bungalow. In the common area a pool table is placed. Playing a pool is charged however. Only breakfast on payment is available at the homestay. Curtain at the window are not proper. Window glass below the window ac are not covered by curtain resultantly during night view of the room is visible from outside. That mistake should be rectified by the management.

Location is easy to find food we did try as we checkin very late and good service.

Ambience and the property manager was very good. If you use kitchen they will charge you some amount

There is a mountain of garbage just close to the property, which smells like thoughts of people excreted just at your doorstep, there will be n no of houseflies to welcome you. Avoid booking this place till you have to choose between life and death

I have stayed here with my family here for one night and doubt this is the best place for us. It’s very near to triveni ghat which is plus point. I bet you will not miss your home😇. More than a guest house or home stay it feels like home.

Caretaker behaviour was good but room was not up to the mark. Room was not cleaned. Plate were of plastic. No water in ot near room. Room window open to dump ground of rishikesh. So it was full of smell. Not recommend on this price. It was 1800 per night.

Bedsheets shuld changed, it was not looks like fresh or washed,may be due to wrong colors selection. This is home stay and feels really like home , best for family stay, beautiful experience. Location not leading to any location so need to resolve this ASAP. This home stay is about 2 km from Yog Nagari Rishikesh Railway station and about 800 meter from Rishikesh Railway station and 2 km from Rishikesh bus stand. very near about 200 meters from Ganga river. Anyone can enjoy Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat about 1.5km. Overall good experience
