I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the resort. The room was not up to the mark – it was poorly maintained, had a musty smell, and the cleanliness standards were clearly lacking. The banket cover was torn sofa and dinning linens seemed unwashed, and dinning wall leaking fixtures, which was unacceptable for the price we paid.
The service was equally disappointing. The staff was unresponsive and thingtook ages to respond to basic requests. Room service was delayed, We had to remind the reception multiple times fors like towels and pantry items.
Overall, the experience was far from relaxing. I expected a lot more professionalism and hospitality. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend aveda suites to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay., Wi-Fi, tv cable , centre table missing in balcony .
