Excellent Stay

Had a memorable stay at Amby Valley, Lonavala in their Aussie chalets. The rooms were clean and spacious. Food was excellent though we found the prices it a bit steep

The stay was good. However, the cottages in aamby valley need repairing and refurbishing. Also, the food is too costly in all the restaurants which can be brought down significantly considering the average quality and standard of hospitality.

Got it 👍 Here’s a more natural, human-sounding version of your review: ⸻ Honestly, this place is way too overhyped. The photos online are very misleading compared to what you actually get. The rooms are old, not maintained well, and had a really bad smell when we checked in. There was no proper check-in help either — you have to find your own room since they don’t provide buggy service, which is frustrating because the property is massive. Without your own car, it’s very difficult to move around as the restaurants, gaming zone, and activity areas are all far from each other. The gaming arcade was another let-down. Most of the PlayStations weren’t working, and for bowling they charge ₹500 per person without even letting family members share a game, which feels very cheap. On top of that, the staff were rude and lacked basic courtesy in the way they spoke and handled things. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It’s not worth the hype or the price — better to look at other options

it was worth it, the entire property is beautiful to explore especially in the monsoons. they could maybe work on more food options other than that it's a wonderful place for a lieaure as well as adventure trip.

worst pathetic hotel till we hv experienced

In simple words go anywhere but not ambey valley. not maintained bad smell in room buffet was ok ok. Hv to walk alot n take ur car for going anywhere n everywhere even for breakfast, rude staff.. as we reached tv was not working curtains where hanging down bed had lot of dust room was smelling very bad n had stain. They use same towel for floor n for washup.shower wasnt working,no food provided for kid my kid was not well n they did not gave food on request though we paid for everything.manager said we dont give food to take away.half of the services are not in working. whatever is working r not in good condition.worst experience.worst staff,worst service. If u hv lil kid dont go to here. we wr supposed to wait from 2pm to 8.30 to change room n even after changing room they gave us room which was also in bad condition,i had hope that will enjoy my stay as im paying good for everything but worst experience.dont go here.property should be sold or should be kept in maintainance if not able to manage or maintained.

Property is good...Food option is limited... we found price that they charge the rooms are not well maintained .. Bedsheet were not cleaned ..pillows on sofa have moisture (fungus). we Got Aussie chalet which is highly price but need more hygiene most of the activities are not operational

Poor Stay

Room were not maintained, there were leakage in room. Bad smell in washroom and poor ventilation . Delay in service. Food were expensive but good in taste. Other facilities are also not maintained like gaming arcade , others were not available. .

i have booked for the Spanish cottege but when i visited there they have provided me the aussie chalet which is on second floor i was so disappointed with that room also there is no hot water in the hotel also for food they have very high charges so overall rating and experience is worst

Property is not well maintained. Rooms were not upto the mark. Lights were very dim. Accessible only if you have your own vehicle. Food was very good though. Three stars are because of food only. Otherwise you won't miss anything if don't ever come here

Excellent Stay

The aamby valley stay was very luxurious.we got delighted when got the of room type upgrade from Spanish cottage to Aussies chalets, the complete wooden lavish cottage. The property is widely spread with lots of places to relax and enjoy like giant swing, lake side cafe, boating, bridge etc. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious and morning complimentary breakfast had variety of foods. Overall a memorable trip in the lap of nature.
