Sarika,the receptionist spoiled my vacation by denying me room. Instead of 2 rooms, she offered only one. Then she kept on asking for aadhar card of my mom who is a senior citizen. Pestered like hell every 3 hr asking for aadhar card of my mom

we had a trip with 2 children, mom, wife and sister. The Facilities were amazing. kids loved playing in the water park and heated pool. there were others games like TT, badminton and carrom as well. overall it was a good Stay, the staff were welcoming and good service overall.

Excellent Stay, Karishma at reception was fabulous, best at her hospitality , no doubt she is a gem for Fariyas Resort

Food was so good and even stay they surprised us with deluxe room, we had good time and specially our kid enjoyed water park most

Location is superb in the vicinity of nature.. view from each balcony is too good. Food and amenities are excellent and the staff - hundreds of staff work here but everyone is so polite and helpful

Terrible experience at reception. Treated me as if I am a thief. Despite having a booking for 2 rooms, I was denied 1 room. She kept on asking for aadhar card ♠️ f my mother who is a senior citizen. Troubled me for 2 days repeatedly asking for aadhar card of my mother as if we were thieves. Her name is Sarika

The stay was very beautiful and clean and the service is truly amazing. The food at the cafe was superb too.

The property is ideally very well located.The property is very huge with a wonderful ambience ...The indoor pool was the creme on the icing. The buffet was well spread with huge varieties..The staff was courteous.overall a wonderful experience.

The stay was great. The resort gives old money vibes and the waterpark is the main attraction obviously. You should definitely check it out if you are going with family. I felt it a little on costlier side considering the resort is aged. Nonetheless the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Had a great time.

Location and Food was good House keeping wasnt up to the mark,Had to call them repeatedly for getting things done. Water park is also pretty average with slides not well maintained. Breakfast was pretty good.

Stay at Fariyaz was ok. Amenities was ok. Not Food was not hygiene. We saw cockroach at Coffee and Hair on breakfast. We complain them.

The property is well maintained with excellent housekeeping and a wide range of buffet. The location is ideal and excellent for family stay.

Stayed recently at Fariyas Resort, Lonavala. The room was good, spacious, and comfortable. However, the overall experience was a bit mixed. The breakfast and dinner buffet had limited options and the food quality was average. Staff service could have been better — despite multiple requests, our orders were delayed or not served properly. The indoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, but the outdoor water park area wasn’t very clean. Another downside was that most kids’ activities were chargeable, which felt unreasonable considering the already high room rates. Overall, it’s a decent property for a short stay, but service and food quality definitely need improvement for the price they charge.

Good things- room, location, scenery, staff. Average - I think food quality can be improved at given premium price point. I found it bit expensive. Also, outside water park swimming pool was stinking bad.
