We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Fariyas resort Lonavala. The property is excellent and very well maintained. Staff is polite and helpful. They upgraded our rooms without asking. Food at restaurants is authentic and tasty. Pool is clean and temperature controlled. They have a lot of activities to keep kids interested and engaged. We couldn't explore the water park. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Fariyas Resort, Lonavala. The property is beautifully maintained and located very close to the main market yet offers a peaceful ambience. The water park and indoor games are great for families, especially kids. Food quality and buffet spread were excellent with multiple options in both breakfast and dinner. Great experience and relaxed day with enjoyment at water park. Locality good and rain added more relaxed to hot sunny wether to cool down

Sarika,the receptionist spoiled my vacation by denying me room. Instead of 2 rooms, she offered only one. Then she kept on asking for aadhar card of my mom who is a senior citizen. Pestered like hell every 3 hr asking for aadhar card of my mom

Good Stay with family

we had a trip with 2 children, mom, wife and sister. The Facilities were amazing. kids loved playing in the water park and heated pool. there were others games like TT, badminton and carrom as well. overall it was a good Stay, the staff were welcoming and good service overall.

Location is superb in the vicinity of nature.. view from each balcony is too good. Food and amenities are excellent and the staff - hundreds of staff work here but everyone is so polite and helpful

Terrible experience at reception. Treated me as if I am a thief. Despite having a booking for 2 rooms, I was denied 1 room. She kept on asking for aadhar card ♠️ f my mother who is a senior citizen. Troubled me for 2 days repeatedly asking for aadhar card of my mother as if we were thieves. Her name is Sarika
