Review Of AR Residency

Very clean rooms. Budget friendly. Excellent location, right at the heart of T-Nagar. Very polite staff. Restaurant is very much pocket-friendly. But has room for a lot of improvement. If they can improve the menu and food taste, this property would be even better. Anyways looking to stay here next time too. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Need improvement 😕 pillows cover not well clean The towels was not well clean food not properly salt

It's not that great ! Rooms are not provided with complimentary water,soaps etc

Food is below average. Order was delayed and served . When reminded to room service , the reply ess very very impolite . Rooms is good but certainly it could have been better.

Room was very neat and clean..especially the washroom. ...room also have a dressing room ...very nice...i felt very safe...

Comfortable stay. Responsive service. Clean room and wash room. Restaurant could be better. Some staff have language problem to reply though understand. It is self service in the restaurant though such display board is not available.

The hotel is not clean, they dont have paper napkins/ toilet tissues, no dustbins. The breakfast was very bad. Limited spread, quality was also bad. Omelet was on chargeable basis. There was no table in the room to eat. I feel these are basic amenities to be provided in a room. The staff was very co operative and polite though.Overall the hotel management needs to think about improving their standards.

Satisfactory. Staff was welcoming, room was clean and spacious. They even made arrangements for a car for me, when I requested them.

Good location. Close to panagal park . Food is very average. Coffee was awfully that too in a city like Chennai. AC was not functioning properly. Toilet very average. Just a basic place. Guess for 1800/ this is what you get

un professional. un- clean . Below average breakfast . Average small rooms. AC was not working properly. poor shower . No ventilation .Will not recommend unless you look for something below 2000/
