Review Of Annapurna Resort(Near Sea Beach)

Hotel is good, located at awesome place. but service can be better. Housekeeping was very poor.

TV is not responding in our 2days halt. At 1 night D. G not available for current disconnect. Others are good like cate taker, food, location, behavior of staffs, clesness,etc.

worst hotel I've ever stayed in, no room service, no basic manners and have had an hospitality experience, infact wouldn't even call it hospitality honestly. The staff and rude but have no amenities or facilities. I will never come back here again, as I was with my entire family and they treated us in the worst possible way. I would ask people to not stay in this hotel with the worst staff ever.

It was a very pleasant and nice experience staying at Annapurna Resort. Beach in 5 min walking distance. Staffs are good and friendly. Enjoyed the stay.

They do not provide food beyond a limited time period, not even tea. If we get food from outside, they refuse to provide any plates or cutlery. On the second day of our stay, we weren't even provided with water bottles which was complementary

puri disappointed me many ways, the least was done by this hotel. free wi-fi was not available, the food ordered took hell lot of time, they didn't care to change the bed sheet or towel and even toiletries was not given on the second day but surprisingly, in the entire Puri, the hotel charged right amount. Except the purity of lord Jagannath, people were so greedy and looted but this hotel didn't.

I had booked a window room but they gave me a normal room... and did not even refund the extra money... I booked a fast room and when I reached the hotel they... made me wait for 1 hour saying your room is not booked... I was not that satisfied... The size of the room is also very small... there is not much space... everything else is fine... the location is ok...

property was good location is quite peaceful near to beach , cleanliness was on point ... issue was the lift there is no lift and i was on third floor plust room service is also bad ... but overall it was good ....

The property denied check in as they are saying taht we don’t have any room left and all the rooms are sold out after a 2-3 hour of terrible discussion they give me a very cheap room then i have paid in other property
