Property claims to be a sea view apartment but sea isn't visible much from the hotel due to new building construction infront of this place. We booked 2 rooms for our stay A5 and B5. A and B both are in a different block which is connected through terrace, so I faced difficulty in the stay with my aged parents. Room B5 wasn't that clean. Also, if you ask to extend the stay for another 6-7 hours, they will ask for the full amount even though their rooms are empty. They also charge an extra of 650 rupees per room as a cleaning charge which will be visible to you once you complete the booking in MakeMyTrip. Pros: Located at a walkable distance to beach almost 5-10 mins. Staffs are helpful. Good kitchen facility is available for all rooms.

The property is mind blowing. it's very near to the beach and has a concept of 1bhk and 2bhk Apartment. the service is top notch, two times room service including cleaning brooming and kitchen utensils cleaning. you also get a full fledged kitchen to use without any charges. the host Mr.Debuna is very supportive he meets you personally inevening while your stay.
