stayed at Ratna Villa Lodge recently. The location is excellent — very close to the Jagannath Temple, which makes it convenient for devotees. The staff were polite and cooperative, and the overall environment felt safe and peaceful. The rooms are but clean. A little improvement in maintenance and amenities would make the experience better. It’s a simple, budget-friendly place, ideal for a short stay focused on temple visits. Overall, it’s a good option for the price, especially if your main priority is proximity to the temple.

The hotel stays near the Shri Jagannath temple ( About 2 mins walking distance). The behaviour of the hotel staff is fabulous, A supportive attitude & helping the travellers for arranging the local Conveyance for travelling throughout the Puri..

Staff is very polite and cooperative and clean walkable distance from temple, if you need city ride hotel staff will arrange very economically range compare to market they arrange for me 7 location within budget for 3 people they book a cab for railway station too they help me a lot for darshan also

Room is small but close to Sri Jagannath temple. No TV , no chair in the room.pl take care of this. Over all for darshan of temple it is a good choice

They don't provide towel or mineral water bottle.Owner is good but staff leader behavior is rough and worst.Location is excellent.

Overall Nice Experience. AC Rooms are quite big, Very neat & clean, Hot Water Available all the time Front view of the hotel is quite artistic. Owner n Manager of the hotel is very cooperative. Temple can be viewed clearly from balcony n terrace. Only problem area is car parking & no inhouse canteen. I'm highly recommending this place to stay if you are moving with family.

It was a terrible experience I obtained from this hotel, the hotel manager is not coustomer friendly, he claim one day extra amount for 1 minute delay in check out. No house keeping service available, room is full with sands. I booked for one night, cost which is very much high as per the standard of the hotel infrastructure. It is located in a narrow street where private car ( even auto/toto) cannot enter, you have to go by walking with your heavy luggage. The overall rating is 1 out of 5.

Good as it is in prime location in Puri to visit Shri Jagganath Temple. Rooms found clean. Rooms are quite small. It could be better if it have proper ventilation to rooms. Nice staffs. Wifi, lift and RO water available any time.

The Villa didn't provide us with the extra mattress that we needed. Also there was a time boundation for late night entry, which we were not told about.
