Polite and caring staffs with good accommodations. Food is amazing from the restaurant attached. And the best part is the location.

The room is little small, overall satisfactory. Rom service is Good. cleaning staff is regular and less demanding.

Hotel service was quite poor. I will never recommend anyone else to stay in Mayur hotel. There are lo of hotel in Puri. Please visit some other property other than Hotel Mayur. It was pleasant. The rooms and washrooms were clean. All the staff had cordial behaviour. But the TV inside the room was not working. The quality of food in the hotel's restaurant was also good. This hotel is not sea facing but it's quite near to the beach (2 min walk from the sea beach).

I have stayed at Hotel Mayur from Apr 5, 2025 to April 8, 2025. Their service is really prompt and good. All the staffs are very helpful and eager to fulfill your needs. The property is located at a prominent position in the market. I really had a enjoyable stay there and I am looking to visit them again.

The hotel is situated beside kakatua sweet shop. Hotel is not so good, like rooms are very small. Most of floors are and rooms are cracks on wall. The hotel staff's are good.

At the time of booking the same hotel same room without breakfast MMT offer 2100 per day. And with BF offer arround 2700 per day. I booked with breakfast.. But hotel was terrible, Staff was terrible. Not very clean room. Had to change set top box twice as it ran out of balance. Reception area not clean.

Ruin entire trip. Waste of Money , So many Good hotel available in this price range. No neat ness ...No facility of parking , interaction with visitors not good.

Prices are too high and third grade facilities, location is not good. You will get so many good hotel in this range. Overall waste of money if you will stay in this hotel.

Under amenities, it was clearly mentioned that parking was available. However, on reaching the hotel, we discovered that the lane is not convenient to drive a four-wheeler. Then, one of them "helped" us to get parking at a 10 minutes walking distance, which charged us rs 400- for two nights. But, that one was in a narrower lane. So, after the first night's parking, we found out a government parking at the seaside, and it cost us rs 250- again. The previous one said no refund will be issued. So, overall, we had to spend rs 650 extra on parking. We had booked with complementary breakfast. But, they were not interested in serving that. After too much insistence, they served it on the first morning. On the day of departure, they mentioned there is no complementary breakfast on the checkout day. Generally, hotels serve complementary breakfast on checkout day. We had not taken breakfast on the check-in day, too. So in a 2 day booking, they reluctantly served complementary breakfast for one day only. The ac capacity for the room size we were allotted was not adequate. The restaurant was not serving tea/coffee as well. So, the staff was getting these items from outside and charging 20-25 extra every time. There were termites on the furniture and bed bugs. Only pro was the size of the room.

Hotel location is good but no view of sea facing room. Rooms are very normal. As per hotel rates their tariff is very high.
