The experience is terrible . There was an incident that happened with us on 10 June we arrived late to the hotel at least on 3 AM in the morning because due to Rain and the receptionist didn't receive our call in the morning and also the person scolded .... That's a terrific movement in our journey.

I recently stayed at Shivangi Eco in Puri and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The room allotted to us was very small and not properly cleaned, which set a negative tone from the start. Despite requesting a room on the 1st or 2nd floor, we were given a corner room on the ground floor, which felt isolated and inconvenient. The air conditioning was barely functional, making the stay uncomfortable in the Puri heat. Additionally, the television didn’t work at all, and when we asked for assistance, no effective resolution was provided. To make matters worse, the towel provided was so dirty that it was completely unusable. Basic hygiene and maintenance were clearly lacking throughout the stay. Overall, I would not recommend Shivangi Eco based on this experience. The hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and room maintenance to provide a comfortable stay for guests.
