Bad staff
groupIt's better to go for other hotels. Very bad ambiance by the staff. Don't expect polite reply from them.

Housekeeping very poor. Food costly at restaurant
No room service, no housekeeping done, during three day stay.

Excellent staff
Biru Rocks. At the last day of my trip there was no transportation facility available due to transport strike but Biru Bhai managed a taxi for us anyhow. Will be again back in April.

Good budget. Clean pool. Near to Anjuna vagator beach. It was a happy stay.

There was no power backup in the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 5 hours without electricity. Then finally checked out from there and booked another hotel.

No complimentary breakfast
Hotel is good and with a swimming pool. But they don't have any complimentary breakfast offshore of charging extra money online. Otherwise it's worth the money.

Cheap hotel near to beach
Services are not good, in name of service there are only two people. Best part is location & Connectivity.

Room was good for this
Peaceful location. The room was good and clean. They don't provide anything else, not even the drinking water.

Descent place to stay and enjoy with family or fri
Descent room with basic amenities. Good place to stay with family. Staff are friendly. Haven't got Room service but could manage easily. Almost one kilometers away from Anjuna Beach, can reach beach by walk also.
