Alaya Stays – A Total Scam – Do Yourself a Favor and Avoid This Place!
I stayed at Alaya Stays with my family, and let me tell you – it was a nightmare from start to finish. First off, there was no host, no staff, NOTHING when we arrived. The room view they showed on MakeMyTrip? Pure garbage. What we actually got was a dirty, neglected room with a view that could only be described as a disaster. Toilets were filthy, towels were like they hadn’t been changed in ages – stained, greasy, and absolutely disgusting.
The shampoo they provided was so terrible, it actually gave me rashes on my skin! And don’t even get me started on the insects. There were bugs crawling in the room and in the bathroom. I was honestly scared to even touch anything.
Worst part? The so-called sales office. Rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping us with anything. The entire sales team was a joke – no one responded to any calls, no one gave a damn.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book this place. Alaya Stays is a total scam – overpriced, dirty, and unprofessional. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Stay far, far away from this disaster.
