Pros: The location is great, and the staff does try to make you feel welcome. The room was clean, which, honestly, should be the bare minimum. Cons: Now for the part that makes you wonder if this is really the same hotel chain you expected. No tissue boxes in the room just the bathroom ones, so get ready to shuffle back and forth if you need one. The flush had a lovely little leak that became our constant background music. We asked for a fix, got a temporary patch-up, and surprise—it started leaking again. For a room meant for two people, they thoughtfully provided toiletries for one. Maybe they assumed we’d share everything, including the shampoo. Oh, and don't bother asking for basic medical help a simple band-aid isn’t part of their “amenities.” And the food? Let's just say for a hotel under such a well-known name, the taste was shockingly average. You’d expect better, but then again, that seems to be the theme here.

It was great stay. Room was large and clean. Shower was great but bit small. Breakfast was also good. Staff was very helpful all the time. Area was also good. I enjoyed the morning walk around the lake. Some work was being done on the lake. So next time I hope it is more walkable. Metro station Trinity was short walk away. It was good for the money.

Suite room was nice but the service wasn't great

Wasn't worth the amount they charge. Room's ambience was good but room service was extremely slow, AC had some technical fault on check-in, set-top box wasn't working and had to again ask for their help. Although the issue was fixed but when you are going there to relax you don't want to deal with these issues. They welcomed us nicely even accommodated our pet even though only cats and dogs are allowed. People on the reception were really welcoming but it's just that these issues created a bit of discomfort.

We recently stayed at this hotel during a family trip, and it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. The hospitality was top-notch – warm, professional, and genuinely accommodating. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth, and what stood out the most was how flexible the staff was. We had a late evening flight, and they graciously allowed us to stay a little longer, which made a huge difference in our comfort. Everything about our stay was spot on – from the delicious food to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The service was impeccable across all departments – whether it was the front desk staff, the housekeeping team, the chefs at the breakfast buffet, the servers at restaurant or the in-room dining service, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was also perfect, making it convenient for our plans. Overall, we had a memorable stay, and this hotel will definitely be our go-to whenever we’re in the city again.
