The hotel room was too small and dirty, as I booked for 3 adults, it have only two bed and I have pay more for bed and blanket. Staff is not cooperative. The experience was too bad.

My experience with Oyo was worst. The images shown while booking was completely different from what I was given. The elevator wasn't working, there was no shower in the room, the faucets were rusty, the bedsheets had stains on them. Overall my experience was worst. When I had called the customer care and asked for a room change they didn't even give a proper response for that anyhow I and my family had to spend the night over there. It was my worst experience in life.
