1.hotel service is not good. 2. bad is broken. 3. bedsheets with pillow cover is dirty. 4. not available normal water in room for guest. 5. not have the phone foe connect to hotel reception.

Very terrible experience the bed sheet was not cleaned even the pillow doesn’t has a cover. No water .no toothbrash. Cockroaches. No towel.

The rooms are not designed for usual convenience. The light & fan switches are near the door instead of a bedside two-way switch. The bedsheets are frayed and appear unwashed. There is no bathroom mat. No towels are provided. The toilet shower and health faucet jet water instead of spraying the water. Although the booking included breakfast, I was informed at 8:00 am that they do not have a restaurant and cannot provide breakfast. At the time of checkout, the Desk clerk refused to issue an Invoice saying that the Make My Trip Booking Confirmation is the Invoice since I had paid online. He further lied to me that if I had paid by cash at the property, he would have issued an Invoice. I saw other guests who were paying cash not being issued Invoice too.

It's a terrible experience 1 . The heater is not working 2. They won't provide basic things such as towels, shampoos, etc 3. AC is not working properly 4. No tv remote 5. No ac remote

water is not working in room no.504 water is not draining in the bathroom , which is a very disgusting thing remaining everything is fine

Worst hotel, they even not provide drive water, no bike parking,bathroom flush not working, they Said ac room but ac not working, worst experience, I have had this hotel I requested to costumers don’t suggest this hotel to any one, see in this hotel not have safety in key hole via we see what happening in inside, they said Wi-Fi available but not working properly, totally of cost, don’t the Money in the hotel

Amenities are not much good , there is problem in AC , water heaters , apartment from that room is decent

I recently stayed at xotel and had a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was a major plus, conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport. I particularly enjoyed the on-site dining options, with a diverse menu that catered to different tastes. One highlight was the attention to detail in ensuring guest satisfaction, from the prompt room service to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water bottles and toiletries. If i had to note one minor area for improvement, it would be the wi-fi speed during peak hours, but it was manageable overall. I’d highly recommend xotel for both business and leisure travelers. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service.

Could have been better on the amenities on care and prior arrangements for room checkins. Tv remote not there, ac not working, soaps towels not provided. Every-time have to ask for each things

It was a good experience for a first time visit to bangalore. The staff was good and respectful

Worth of Budget good behaviour of staff. Almost all kind of dishes available nearby. Good area and safe for stay

The stay was comfortable in xotel. The service and the rooms were neat and clean. And if opting for any good hotel near electronic city this can be an option.

Stayed for 4 hours at room no 107. Attending person was very slow. Had to ask for basic toiletries to freshen up and water to drink. Can be improved

Hotel just avg. Washrooms are not good and there is not even a floor mat and rooms are very small and congested. Pics and reality will not at all match. I have booked it with breakfast and when i asked them they said they don’t even have restaurant.

I was told by the receptionist that there is no kitchen however I paid extra for breakfast at the time of booking. Pathetic experience

The room was good. Not bad. But the facilities and the bathroom were terrible. No breakfast as well. Done.
