It was really good with the hospitality and care taken by reception and service. We have not had food over there they have big room for family with more than 15 people but it is only one so you need luck to avail the facility providing hot water periodically that can be extended when and as required but there provide on requirement basis Totally it was excellent with Ajith Nivas Homestay.

The location is wrongly given in Google maps The mats are wet and the bed is dirty and the television does not work. Absolutely avoid this hotel You're friends and family member scold you for choosing this There are many such hotels for Rs 1050 a night with great facilities.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. We were 10 in number We ordered four rooms persons per room. We stayed there for a couple of nights wherein there were no room heaters and water heaters also will be switched ON in the morning for a specific time schedule television didn't work in any of our rooms and there were no fans eventually fans can suit the purpose of drying clothes. No generators were there so during the rains as power black out happens we had to depend only on the mobile phone torch lights. Front office person was not available for most of the time and he appears only to collect the rent for the rooms. Overall service was poor and limited facilities although rent per room was pretty decent.

My stay at this home stay was with my friends. The home stay was maintained very clean. The room was facilities with all facilities including air condition and television. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. We were totally 4 guests receptionist said it is 4 bedroom room and charged money from us but gave a 2 bedroom and told us to sleep on the double cot saying it is for 4 and on request they gave a free extra matress that smelled like hell lot of dirty stains on it. There is no ventilation to the room and the room snicked a lot. We booked it for 3 days and as the amount will not be refunded we stayed there and felt as we were taking a punishment.

Room and services are of good standards and nothing wrong about them but the food menu needs lot more improvement and they are not up to the mark. Food variety are limited needs expansion on it cottage and premises got an excellent view of Munnar. They are well maintained.

We stayed here on a holiday trip and was in a two bedroom suite with two of my other friends for three nights. All three bedrooms have a bathroom and suite and the overall home stay was extremely spacious. It's a superb home stay I am fortunate that my name is also Ajith.
