Beautiful Bungalow, absolutely clean, great views from the balcony and amazing host - caretaker Mr Manoj..The pool was well maintained ..Food was delicious too.!..Had a great time!

The location is decent, though not the best. The approach from the hotel gate to the main entrance is quite steep and can feel a bit risky—so if you’re not a confident driver, it’s better to avoid bringing your car here. Food: The food is average. Be prepared to pay extra for anything additional, and they make sure to remind you of that frequently. Hygiene: Disappointing. We stayed for three nights, and the bedsheets were never changed. There were stains on both the sheets and covers, and it wasn’t clear if they were properly cleaned. Towels had to be requested daily, and on the last day, we even received visibly used ones. Hospitality: Some of the staff, especially the boys working tirelessly day and night, were polite and helpful. However, a few others displayed unnecessary attitude. There’s also inconsistency in service — while we were denied food service in the room, other guests were served there without issue. Extras: Rooms 202 and 206 have balcony views, while the rest are standard. The property overall needs proper maintenance and refurbishment.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hospitality was top-notch — warm, professional, and always ready to help.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Stay was good as the rooms were quite big ,neat and clean. amenities were upto the mark with the price. Breakfast was average. one should book early for pool side rooms and best view. Last minute booking will not do the good. staff is friendly and helpful. excellent property at moderate budget.

I stayed here for one day. I very much enjoyed my stay here. Room was really clean. Property is well maintained. Food was exceptional, quality was so good. All the staffs were very helpful. I'm very sure I'll go there again. The money we spent here, it's worth it...

The location was an absolute pleasure. The ambience of the hotel was as fitting as a small palace itself. More than anything, the staff were stupendous. They helped with heartfelt warmth in every way possible. They even took care of all the special needs of my one year old kid. The food was tasty and homely, made me nostalgic. The infinity pool with backdrop of the misty mountains is mesmerising. I would recommend everyone visiting to stay at chitirapuram palace.
