Worst rooms. AC is not working. Full of cockroaches. Not maintaining properly.

not so good at hospitality and the rooms is not like shown in the pictures..and the air conditioning is not working properly.. even if we asked them.. they don't corporate

Their name is not familiar in the area even auto drivers. The residency name you are displaying as super O hotel. But the hotel itself reflects as Jayam Residency. Lot of cockroaches. Unconditioned pillows. Totally waste of money. Try to popularise the name in Social Media.

Insects all over the room , they don't even give water bottles without paying money immediately, phone was not in working condition, very un-professional staff..... even towels are also not clean

We booked Super Hotel/Arcot Hotel with breakfast, but on arrival, they said there’s no restaurant and advised refund via MakeMyTrip.

This hotel's staff was friendly and helpful. Every member of the team make sure that the guest's stay was easy and satisfying.

Nice spacious room with great staff made our stay comfortable. Hotel location was superb. Memorable stay.

The room was terribly dirty. With stains on the bedsheet, dirt on the curtains, stained closets and broken and stained coffee cup. There were insects like cockroaches almost everywhere. No housekeeping also the floors were so dirty that one needs slippers to walk around the room. Also the supply water is hard water kindly abstain from washing ur hair with that. Also in the amenities they have specified supply of drinking water which is also not available. Very much disappointed! The pictures uploaded by the hotel are all old pics.

Our time here was quiet, comfortable, and filled with quality family moments. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Air conditioning is not at all good , all rooms having AC issues it's not at all good .how can i manage this

The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The ac and the fan worked fine. The staff was polite and well spoken.

Rooms are good but only AC having issues

Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The room was dingy, dark and the AC did not work. There was no ceiling fan and the table fan they provided made a horrible sound that made it difficult to even talk. The beds were uncomfortable, the interiors looked bad and outdated. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Please improve or you'll lose your business.

Comfort stay, nice hotel.......

Sleek design, comfy beds, and panoramic views. The concierge was superb, and breakfast was delicious. A flawless stay in the heart of the city. Bravo!

The staff at the hotel was pleasant and attentive, and I received excellent service. The room was excellent and spotless. The bed was really comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to share.
