The hotel is on the main road with a lot of options of eating out. The food was tasty. All in all a nice place to stay. We were very happy . The location makes it very easy to go out to the market. The staff was also warm and helpful.

The stay was very good, location was close to dal lake. The hotel has centralized ac facility with power backup. We had not face any issue with the room temperature even the temperature outside was below -10 degree celsius. Enjoyed the clean room. Staff was also good however the hotel need to work on food option.

We have booked a room for two days in hotel new mamta, srinagar. We were on a business trip. It is a big but traditional hotel. Breakfast is just average with no daily salads, fruits or sweets. The taste was good. However options were limited. Room service was just average. When there was no power and we were not able to make our own tea, they also denied saying it was dinner time so they couldn't deliver the tea in the room. In the bathroom there were water spills due to the ac vent.

Our group of 10 adults and 4 children’s booked hotel new mamta inn shrinagar for three nights suggested three rooms one big family suit and two deluxe rooms accordingly we booked the hotel when we checked in the rooms were not having the arrangements to sleep for 14 people in these rooms the wash room was inconvenient when asked the hotel management for extra bed as there was arrangements for only 10 persons to sleep comfortably they asked us to pay extra charges for the beds when asked why extra charges the hotel manager said contact it was not booking through hotel misguided us during booking as per manager suggestion our group is of opinion not to book the hotel as it caused a lot of inconvenience to all and we paid extra bed charges also be careful while booking

Bed is very bad. Food quality is good, lift facilities very good. Hotel charges is very high. Staff behaviour is good.

Hotel location is ok, it is polluted. Overall food is average and very limited choices particularly when you have to take lunch or dinner ala-carte, you have limited choice to choose from buffet menu only, also breakfast variety is limited. Room amenities are poor, bathrooms are dirty, cleanliness is average. Reception and staff are good. Looking to level of amenities and cleanliness, price is high.

The hotel is located near dal lake and also has a view of dal lake, this hotel has a lift as well. The food is not good here the buffet was below average and inadequate i thought it would change on the second day but it didn't, the hotel has good amenities but they don't have ample staff and that can be irritating at times

Nearby road rooms were clean services were also good courteous staff with the facility of veg food.

It was mentioned 3 star hotel but in reality it is 1 star hotel. It is not clean and hygiene as well not food preferences

We stayed from 29th to 2nd jean 24. We had booked family suit for 4 people and it was very spacious and comfortable with good service backup. Free tea coffee with water added to the next level. We had opted for breakfast and dinner. Thisciscwhre they need to improve the choices are limited but should have better dish options and taste can be better. Otherwise overall very satisfying stay the central heating in room added to comfort as it was very cold outside but inside room it was very comfortable.
