Hotel Shamyana Opposite Dal Lake

Nice hotel infront of Dal lake, check in and check out was very smooth. Mr Naushad, hotel staff is very caring and made our stay memorable

Stsy was plesent, all staffs are polite and co operative. Spcly thankful l to the manager and the attendent nausad. Location and food of hotel is great. Only problem is of lift. For aged pepole like us could not climb up to 2nd or 3rd floor with stif staircase.

It was okay. Food was good with good portion size. Average cleanliness. But poor wifi connectivity.

It was fantastic location n food are excellent. Especially mr shahid is very attentive to need of customers and goes extra mile to solve any problem

Food was gud and room was also nee t and clean. Service also good. View from room is very nice because it is off dal lake

I was denied entry first and then i was given a store room with one bed to stay in, which had too much smoke in it which made breathing difficult. The smoke was from the barbecue they use at their restaurant at ground floor. I roamed around to find a room at 9 p. M. As i would have died in that room because of the smoke. I requested them to change the room but nobody cared. Worst experience.

Shamyana Hotel is very nice hotel. Management is very nice and friendly. we stayed there for four days. I enjoyed my trip to Srinagar. 💐💐👌

Location of the hotel is better but on the other hands other better options are also available, a lot of better hotels, nearly 50 + are available next to this hotel. Rest along food was good here.

1. There is water and electricity problem in the morning time this was difficult for us to start my trip. 2. Room is good condition and spacious.

Shamyana has been my preferred stay option on my repeated visits to srinagar. I really appreciate the delicious food (especially the wazwan items) and the very warm behaviour of the friendly staff, who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable

Lake view rooms were expansive but good and at strategic location. Shikara ride is very near. Breakfast options were very limited and the food was very oily.

Not a good hotel to stay too much congested and foul smell

The food here is fantastic. Tried the wazwan which is a kashmiri speciality. The rooms and view are very good. The staff is very helpful and cordial. I visited the place in december and the only thing which i missed was regular flowing hot water. In all it was a great experience and i will suggest this place to my known ones who plan to visit srinagar

Very nice hotel, the location is very good, the staff are very nice and cooperative, neet and clean room's.

Costly food and accomodation !

But i had been given room on third floor, my parents were very disappointed due to this coz it was difficult for them to go up and down. No lift facility.
