Location is not good, the food was decent, the staff was fine, the walls were a little cracked, the phone wasn't working, no windows but it's a good option for this budget. Overall experience was 5/10

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I will not be returning. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and grime. Poor service, dirty rooms, and uncomfortable accommodations, like a room that was dusty with uncomfortable beds (spring mattress that pain you back) voucher included breakfast and i thought like other hotel there will be restaurant and buffet breakfast, but there is NO restaurant, hotel staff ask you which food and they will buy from some where and serve in the room,food bad quality. Rooms are so small that when you come out of bathroom you will tough bed, so nearby, very uncomfortable.

Very bad experience. The room was stinking, had no ventilation, and the walls were peeling off. It was dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, the staff behaved as if they were doing us a favor by giving the room. They even suggested canceling the online booking and booking offline instead. Highly unprofessional and disappointing stay.

The location is nearby to Gundavli Metro station. Great place to be in especially for the working professionals who prefer to work in Andheri and Goregaon. Amenities are good and hotel staff makes sure to keep everything spic and span. Our Receptionist Mr. Ayaz is really very co-operative and makes sure that patron gets all good and no discomfort.
