The rooms have an amazing picture perfect top view of the beach and u can hear the sea waves from the room balcony, staff were very hospitable and food was good, you can sit in the balcony viewing the beach for hours and sipping on some drinks.

We stayed for 3 nights here. The rooms are not up to the mark and not well maintained. There were cockroaches in the washroom and the switch boards were not fixed in proper manner. Stinky smell from washrooms. Although the manager and staff were well behaved but rooms were a disappointment. Food taste was average

Staff was very cooperative, food was good, management helped me in pre checking out, only issue was two many staircases and climbing uphill to the room, electricity was off for about 4 hrs during my stay. Overall good apart from these few glitches

Had a comfortable stay but service & policies were not good. They even charge 30 rs over to mrp for water bottle provided in rooms. Good was also not up to the mark. They served very limited items in breakfast. Not recommended for couple stay

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel the staff and owner are very helpful. The view from our room was absolutely gorgeous! rooms were clean. Breakfast was tasty. The beach is at walking distance and absolutely clean not at all crowded! perfect place to just relax and enjoy the beach !

First the location of the resort is amazing, resort is a level up from the road so you can get a view from the resort and clearly see the sea from hotel room and a perfect sunset. Food is amazing tried many dishes and the quantity and quality was top notch and the hospitality is good enough that you will feel like it's your own property.

The resort is very clean and has a very good ambience, very near to beach. Owner is very nice and friendly. Couples friendly.

It was an excellent stay and experience was way beyond our expectations. We thought of taking chances based on tne ratings given by the people. However we were really very happy with the experience. Service was excellent, so was food. Behavior of the staff was great, even the owner is present most of the time and he is very polite. We selected the full sea view rooms and the view was way too good. It's complete value for money.

Food was decent. Breakfast does not have a lot of options. It was either poori bhaaji or omelette or bread toast.

Host was good. Good food. Awesome view and very close to beaches.

We booked the place for just one night to crash after a wedding party. The place was clean and comfortable for the price. Restaurant was a bit over priced imo. But one can always step out and find more affordable breakfast option. Better to have a bike or car to commute nearby.

Pros. 1. Sea facing view from room. 2. Beach is just opposite to the property and easily accessible 3. You will enjoy sitting in balcony of room and watching the sea. 4. Food very costly in the hotel and nearby all restaurants and cafes, like 100 rupees for coffee, 50-70 rupees for tea 2. This property is at remote location, you need to travel 3-8 km 3. Room has no mirror, 4. Ac not working properly due to low voltage, 5. Washrooms not clean,

For the cost it was completely worth it. Ankush is the best part about the place will help you with anything you need.
