Our stay at Tan N Sand in Goa was very pleasant The biggest highlight is definitely the location, the beach is attached to the property and just a short walk away, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The property is well maintained, clean, and the swimming pool was also very clean. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The breakfast spread was good, and we also loved the food at So High. Our only disappointment was with the room on the first day. The jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned properly and had dust and insects in it. Later that night, we also found a large dead cockroach in the room, which was quite unpleasant. However, after we informed the staff, they responded immediately by sanitising and disinfecting the room, which we appreciated. One thing to note is that the Tan N Sand does not provide airport pick-up or drop-off services, so you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. Overall, despite the initial housekeeping issue, the prompt service, great location, clean property, good food, and helpful staff made for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful beach view that made the experience very relaxing. The swimming pool was well maintained, and the breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. There are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom flush and some of the doors need maintenance, and we noticed a few broken tiles in the lobby, which doesn't quite match the standards expected from a 4-star property. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a little attention to maintenance, the experience would be even better.

Only if I could give this property and the staff and the location a 10/10. The stay was just too good. This property is nearby all the tourist hotspots. They had buffet for breakfast only and the quality of the food was too good and so yummy. I would definitely recommend this to all.

The location of the property is excellent, the taste of food is good but the washroom and restaurant was very unclean. There were flies everywhere and a dead fly was found in the food. They should work on cleanliness of the property.

The stay was excellent and there were a lot of options to choose from in breakfast. It is just in front of the beach so this is a full package deal along with resort and beach access. Recommended to couples and families
