Review Of Millennium Central Downtown- Near Burj Khalifa

Staff behaviour is very rude staff took my 2hrs for check in and room also very small I hope they will improve their behaviour

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Great Stay & Excellent Service We had a great experience during our stay at Millennium Central Downtown Dubai. The room size was quite spacious and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were warm, cooperative, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Jabed from the cleaning staff, who truly impressed us with his dedication and professionalism—his attention to detail and polite demeanor added a personal touch to our stay. The overall ambience of the hotel was welcoming, making it a good value option for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely recommend!

Family had to wait for over 3 hours to get check in. The reception people told that there is no reservation and no money received. luckily I was in India to talk to call centre team. that day our desert safari trip was ruined and we lost one full evening coz of Mmt. I had transferred payment on 23 Mar 2025. After 21 days I come to Know that booking not confirmed. very bad

The buffet was decent, however the staff in the buffet could be more ethical and trained on how to treat the customers better

The location is good, it's very near to dubai mall and burg khalifah. The facilities are clean, and all bathroom necessities are provided. The customer care is tol notch.

It was good but breakfast buffet was not great. Some food was finished and was not refilled. Manager at the restaurant was not welcoming. I would like to thank a receptionist aakansha for her hospitality. She was very helpful and polite.

I won’t suggest this to anyone, only good thing for this hotel is view other than that room is terrible, broken tables, wires. Missing basic need like water heater, ac, kettle.

Picture perfect just perfect view of Burj Khalifa . Had a great stay got early check inn as requested .

Gym’s closed , Worst breakfast , I lost my shorts , Reception is slow in response

Very small room, the reception was slow, i lost my shorts, gym is not working, very small swimming pool, location is very far from dubai mall. The food was worst

Excellent location, good food, all amenities and service are good except very far from metro lines and taxis are not available on time.

The staff at the reception are warm and welcoming. They are willing to assist you in any way. More importantly the value for price what you pay.

I was unable to make the stay as my son was admitted into hospital. I called hotel they couldn't help emailed hotel, emailed mmt to change date and still have not even had reply
