didn’t have the chance to upgrade the room..not happy with the room and tried to ask if they can move or upgrade since I’m staying for 7 nights,but didn’t receive any calls from them

Worst hotel experience ever!! We had booked a non-smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. The breath was way worse than a normal smoking room. We told them and they first refused to give a non smoking room and after arguing with them they gave a smoking room. The hospitality was bad but the rooms were good

Excellent stay in the heart of the city. Walkable distance from the corniche beach. Well maintained and friendly staff

I was shocked and surprised by the indifference of the front desk staff. Firstly the lady was not able to find our booking and was treating us like intruders. Their favorite phrase is not possible. Whatever the request is they have standard answer not possible. We requested for more vegetarian options but the restaurant staff doesn't care. They will only say not possible. You can go and eat grass for all they care. Very bad experience. The best part of the entire stay was our check out.

Room was in 2nd floor and night club in 1st during night couldn’t get good sleep because of noise

Extremely rude stuff, with no motive of helping you to have a pleasant stay. Starting from the front desk, to room housekeeping to Restaurant to concierge, everything was pathetic. They just have a NO ready even before you ask for anything. I lost my phone in the premises and asked for help, they had no empathy towards it and even on that, they said ‘ no, we can’t help you’. Coming to the food, this hotel is a hell for vegetarians, even for breakfast. There was only Upma Chana masala, which they wanted us to eat with pita bread.

the location of the property was really good. however we had certain difficulty with the food. we prefer Jain food and the same was communicated to the hotel and the chef, however the the taste of variety of food provided was below our expectation. otherwise the experience was good. big shout out to the concierge of the hotel, very helpfull people.

We stayed in the family executive suite. Great room and very spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great as well. Breakfast was excellent and consistent over the 3 days we stayed at this property. Highly recommended for family stay

The stay was good but the hotel rooms looked very old and also the bed was not stable it was moving and after several complaints, although they tried but it never got fixed

Food - menu is almost the same everyday, better change the menu day to day location - good facilities - only two 500ml water bottles even for a family room
