Hotel was fire one week back. They have cancel-led all reservation. We did not stay there. They said that mm t will make refund

The hotel is situated at an excellent location with several restaurants and pubs around the corner. However, the hotel needs an urgent maintenance upgrade. I was first checked into a room in a separate wing, which had a stinky hallway and stained bedsheets. When i raised this with the staff at the reception, they immediately changed my room. This new room was pretty big and decent. However, there was a cockroach in the room, and the air conditioner made scary noises, and water was dripping from it. They immediately got it repaired when i raised a complaint, but as a guest, you do not want engineers and staff entering your room for such things. So overall, my experience with then was average!

Good very good everything is at walking distance galle face, petra market. Fort station and casinos

Excellent location. Big rooms, however amenities were poor. No toiletries, no face towels. Provided a bathroom mat only upon request. They gave an electric kettle which could not be plugged into any point etc

Hotel is in nice place and rooms are spacious and good. But need more varieties of food for breakfast.

The hotel is quite beautiful. They have vintage decor and everything is quite aesthetic. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. However there were no windows! i’ve never been in a hotel room without a window! anyway, it’s a nice stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location with restaurants and tourist spots close by. The building is about 150 years old but is well maintained. It is in the dutch style. The room was clean and very spacious and we had a magnificent city view including the lotus tower. The room was carpeted but the public areas were not. Instead they had beautiful wooden floors. We did not experience any wierd smell due to carpeting as was mentioned in other reviews. The breakfast spread was ample. There were english and srilankan cuisine options. Wifi receptivity was very good. The staff were efficient and cordial. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Situated at the main location. Is a great advantage. Reception staffs are helpful. And other staffs also cordial.

Cosy and lively pace in a good area. Value for money. Friendly staff. Room amenities are basic but sufficient.

Non functional air conditioning, rooms smell like fungus. Room cleaning only done on request. Towels are not changed everyday. Some plus points is staff is polite and restaurant serves good food.
