Very big property. 1 minute walk from beach. wide variety of breakfast and dinner menu. All types of cuisines were served. Very nice children's play area and children pool as well. The swimming pool, gym, badminton court, table tennis and lawn tennis court were very good. overall it was a very good experience at a reasonable price point.

Hospitality is excellent and staff is very good, helpful I will recommend this to all the tourist.

The property is outstanding and beautiful. Located at the beach that's the best part. Pool / food all kinds of activities everything was just wonderful. We had an amazing time and a wonderful stay.

I am here after a gap of 5 years. Nothing has changed. The rooms, pool, food and the staff in particular had been excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for any one planning to bentota.

Rooms were provided very far. Be ready to walk, walak, walk. From the amenities. At night the property is very dark and feels scary. Spa was closed during our stay. Swimming pool though it is big but average. Food was average. Beach during the sunset is good.

Great location, well maintained property with a nice large swimming pool and a private beach. Great food spread at the buffet that appeals to both young and old, brilliant place to have a relaxed time out.

Hotel treats guest very badly

Our experience was annoying. Service was poor for both dinner at restaurant and morning buffet. Place was crowded and staff was unhelpful. They seem to be greatly understaffed at the moment. Did not feel like a luxurious experience at all.

Please don't stay at this property. It's run down and not maintained very well. The pool is terribly dirty and the beach adjacent to the property isn't a private beach, making it impossible to enjoy there. The property had a strike the day we arrived so not much staff either.

Hotel is great only we felt the water inside room for brushing and bathing couldn't have been salty. It was unbearable. Breakfast and dinner was outstanding.

Property with a great view and clean Beach! It is a big property therefore buzzing with guests!

We were traveling with our 12 years old and looking for a beach destination and Cinnamon Bey was the perfect resort. It’s situated right on the beach and has a beautiful well maintained property with multiple food options. We had a ocean view room however that hardly mattered as the best views of the ocean are from the beach next to it. Food at the Bufe Tandoor and Fire restaurants were great. We enjoyed home made ice cream at ICE with live music and DJ's each evening. The bartenders at ICE were really lively and kind.
