    Very bad experience

    We stayed at Thamel Eco Resort in Kathmandu. They suggested us to stay at Pokhara Eco Resort. As they said that both are same, but it was not like that. There is very poor room service, no electricity (even they have diesel generator but they denied to run it), vegetarian food is not good, No intercom facility for room service. Manager was not present. When we asked to do the arrangement for sight seen, the staff was not aware of that. We make the arrangement by ourselves.
