Review Of Hotel Virgin Pokhara

Reception was a nice and hotel staff was quite helpful and every facility available at the hotel only. Very clean and cab facility available for sightseeing.

They allow us kitchen for making own food.

Hotel rooms are good, staff behavior is excellent but service is poor. No room cleaning.

Great stay! Although they charge much for water bottles.

We booked this hotel, the hotel is not on lakeside but still has great visionaries. Rooms are clean and properly arranged.

The night I have reached the hotel, I have ordered 3 Chicken Biryani. But that was never a Biryani for sure. I'm very sure that the cook has fried the chicken with some masala and mixed it with the parboiled steamed rice which was cooked earlier in the day and the rice was kept in the freezer and also had some lumps. Also they don't provide any drinking water.

No hot water 24 hour, no parking area not any guidance about Pokhara area and also the area is too far from lake side.

Hotel is just to relax. It's back side gate but it's awesome greenery view with hills. It's cheap and best in Pokhra. You must visit if you are backpackers.

With the make my trip discounts, hotelier discounts and Make My Trip promo codes I got this hotel for the cheapest price possible. Expected it to be shabby and ok like any other cheap hotels, but how wrong I was, the friendliest, helpful and smiling staff I have ever met with really clean rooms and perfect amenities, the room was totally worth many more than we actually spent, the owner was the most helpful giving us useful tips to travel in Nepal, we were to stay in Pokhara for just a couple of days but the hotel facilities simply extended our stay to many more days I highly recommend this place to everyone I would definitely come back to the same one in few months when i am back in Pokhara.
The best stay I have ever had, would highly recommend everyone to stay here.
