Rooms were in bad condition, specially the bathroom.

Location is very good However food is not good as they don't have vegetarian options

Room was good, clean and spacious. Hygienic washroom. Good room service. Co-operative staff. Great experience in this price. Wish to come back.

We stayed for 3 nights. Good experience. Well maintained hotel.

It is near to Lulu Mall and here take driver are very bad.

WiFi not working for 48 hours until I check-out.
I stay 2 days. WiFi system in the whole building not working, they not fix the problem.

Hotel is in renovation and so noise all times.
More noise while they renovating.

It was good & comfortable stay. Besides that location was within the vicinity of Personas which made it more comfortable to explore city in KL. Even transport was good along with good spread of breakfast.
