Things to Do in Matheran

  • Rambagh Point

One of the famous viewpoints in Matheran, the Rambagh Point offers picturesque views of the magnificent hills and lush surroundings. From the viewpoint, you can clearly get a view of Garbut Point, Karjat and Khandala. The green bed and tranquil ambience of this site draw a huge number of picnickers and leisure travellers. A great relaxing point, it is suitable for visitors looking for a solace and tranquility.

  • Prabal Fort

Prabal Fort, perched atop the Prabal Hills, is located on the western side of Matheran. This magnificent fort was captured by Chhatrapati Shivaji from the Mughals.
