Things to Do in London

  • Ginger Pig

Originally established in the late 90’s, Ginger Pig is considered to be one of the best butcher shops in London. Going beyond the mind boggling variety of meats available here, the shop also has excellent pies, hot sausage rolls, scotch eggs and pates made completely from the ingredients produced in their Yorkshire estates. So popular is this shop that they even have gift vouchers for meat!

  • Grenadier

This traditional British pub is a landmark in its own right and serves delicious freshly cooked pub food, along with a diverse range of beers, wines and other spirits. Built in 1720, the building was home to the Food Guards Regiment and was frequented by King George IV. The place got its name from a young Grenadier who was tortured to death by his comrades for cheating at a game of cards. Till date, visitors to the pub have attempted to pay off his debt by attaching money to the ceiling.
