Things to Do in Paris

  • Le Fumoir

Located right next to the Louvre, Le Fumoir is a chic restaurant with a French and English menu. Their stand-out appetizer ‘herrings marinated in xérès (sherry) with creamed cucumber on spiced bread’ is to die for. With both inner and outer seating, you can sip on some gin or cocktail while enjoying some French delicacy. With it’s dark yet stylish décor, the place is quite inviting.

  • Bar 8 at Mandarin Oriental Paris

Sip your favourite drink at Bar 8, a chic place to enjoy some quality time with your family and friends. With a dramatic marble bar, you may choose to sit inside during winters and outside in the open during summers.

Interestingly, if you’re fond of street food, you would love this place. Bar 8 offers a street food menu for 6 hours from 12 noon to 6 pm. While choosing your alcohol, you might want to try one of these – Home Made Honey, Laphroaig Smash or J’aime Paris 2.0, some of the highlights of this bar.

By Air

Being the capital of the most visited country in the world, Paris witnesses a lot of tourist activity. There are a total of three international airports in Paris, namely Charles de Gaulle International Airport (Roissy), Orly International Airport and Beauvais (Aéroport de Beauvais Tillé).

An added air transport facility in Paris is the airline shuttle service run by Air France, which includes shuttle flights between the airports.
