This is a weired experience of my life how ugly rooms , rude staff and c**m around the room and washroom too blood spotted bedsheets s**rm spots on pillow and there are no words to say..

I check out within 2 hours from check-in time. 💔 It took more than one hour for me to check in as the property owner said they did not get my booking information. The room is extremely dirty. The property is not what is shown on the app. Requested for dustbin and doormat multiple times, refused to provide one. The washroom is dirtier than the public washroom - UNUSABLE. I think this kind of property should be closed down for good. I booked a homestay and got the services worse than sleeping on the roadside. If I know the property is under OYO - I will never book in the first place.

Some smells were coming out of the room, washroom taps were out of order. All total very terrible

No respect for guest. Even staff does not know how to talk with customer and he offer me store room in hotel. Ask me for cash amount if i want good room even i have paid my rent by app.

Hotel asked for rs 616 to allow stay, while it was prepaid helpless both room and toilet was very filthy, staff also unprofessional. stay at this hotel was a nightmare

When i check in at desk, person asked for more money as telling the money you pay was only advance. So when call the operator they told us to leave the premises and refund will be done

They asked me to pay rs 790 more after paying which i had already paid online ac was working no dustbin in room shower wasn't working washroom was not clean overall they have their own rates of booking its not valid rates on online apps so just confirm the buking price through hotel itself before arriving there or face the problms rather.

No soap, no water in wash basin, room not cleaned, tv not working, room keys provided after multiple requests, bedsheet torn, were forcing to cancel booking and book from them directly, tv remote broken, neither manager, nor staff were wearing facemasks, no handwash
