i cleared full payment but they denied i showed them but they asked me to pay extra rs 900 I called supported team of make my trip and then allowed me this hotel don't book pathetic

It was good however water logging in the washroom.. Plus the washroom Stinks

bad linen, stains on sheets, and bathroom had worms. The place was very dirty, name of hotel on mmt and at property are different, also the washrooms had worms on the floor, linen full of stains

When i went to hotel, hotel manager denied for room and told me to talk to customers care. When i talked to customers care of make my trip as well as hotel there after they provided hotel after waiting of approx 4-5 hrs later. The hotel they provided was very baad there were a smell and cleaning was not good, water bottle and many more. Once i booked food from there hotel they charges extra which is mentioned in bill. So, never go in this hotel.

Worst experience ever we did not stay only staff was so un cooperative and demanded extra money even after we had done our complete booking and when denied they started to miss behave and when we asked if there was parking available they asked us for 400rs just to park in front of there hotel

Hotel denied for the stay because according to them payment was not cleared from mmt. Last minute i had to go to nearby hotel who charged more and given non gst bill. I will not again book through mmt.

I had a prepaid booking through mm t, i was going to early in the morning so i booked a room one day before and requested mm t to inform and coordinate with the hotel about it, they did as i said as communicated through mm t, but still when i reached in the morning with my family hotel denied to provide room saying mm t do not pay us. Putting me in trouble as i was having flight within next 2 hours.

Despite booking in advance, they denied permission by saying the rooms were unavailable. And they offer rooms for their price. It was a deliberate attempt to dupe people by luring them to the hotel by ad and then offering the rooms at higher prices. Most of the hotels nearby such as ak palace as well blue peal residency also use the same tricks. Hence, one must not pay in advance unless there is a 100% refund. I recommend paying on the spot.

Very bad experience. Check in denied. Customer care guys just give assurance but no solution in urgent basis. Why such hotels in the portal

Untidy, poor service, no light, reception boys were very rude. No dustbin in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom.

I have booked the hotel for 2 days i already done with all my payment but still the hotel asked me 1200 rs extra and i inform to makemytrip they told me i will refund my money but they didn't these is very bad experience with #makemytrip never ever except from these.

Hotel is not clean and management response is poor

They gave me a room right beside the reception. First of all, the lock was not working. Second, the moment i entered the room it smelled bad. The washroom was ok but still not upto the mark. On the whole such a bad experience of 2 nights at this place at a very bad location. Not safe for women.

Room was clean but the area around was bad.

Receptionist told me he can't give me the room on price which I booked he asked me to pay extra and also I paid and demanded the bill and he was initially hesitating to give me the bill but later he did when I asked for breakfast he told me it's not in my package but he will give it. Overall it was a really terrible experience.

All services is bad. Don't book this Hotel

This room is bad and service is bad and room size is like bathroom.
