Property was good but expensive when I compare with reference to cost, food option were very limited, hospitality was average. I faced WiFi problems, no proper power back up, when I talked to owner the I have been shifted to another room with better connectivity. This can be very good or excellent property if they can improve quality of service.

Nice place for stay particularly with family. Staff is cordial and ready to help you. Food is also reasonable but options are limited. Overall, a nice place to relax with good ambiance.

i stayed at heaven inn resort in March 30-31st march . the stay was pleasant. everything was good including cleanliness, the view , kids play area and the room service. the staff, manager and owner were very nice , helpful and gentle. The way the helpled me as I had a toddler baby who needed separate attention. they cooked nice food specially for my daughter. apaett from that the dinnner and breakfast was very good.

It was an awesome two nights family stay at Munnar Heaven Inn. The entire staff, especially the front office staffs Ashwini and Ashfina, were very helpful throughout our stay. Food was excellent and well served. Rooms and premises were clean and tidy. One suggestion to the management is to have arrangements for hot water locally instead of centralised supply as this causes a lot of water wastage. The hot water tap has to be kept open for a long time for hot water to start flowing.

I recently stayed at heaven inn and i must say it was an exceptional experience! from the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect balance of luxury and coziness. The food was another highlight of our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

The hotel is awesome. Room with two balconies was fabulous. The cleanliness of the entire property was remarkable. The staff were so polite, and the service was so quick. Overall as per hospitality perspective it was ten on ten. Food was so delicious 😋. we enjoyed breakfast alongwith dinner.

Overall the stay was good and peaceful. Dinner and breakfast is delicious, the staff behavior is good and they are very helpful. Only minor drawback is the space of the room which is congested.

I had good and bad experience and i will rate it 3. Experienced a delay in check-in, i have called several times for the last one week before check-in, even in the morning of the check-in date, one mr. asked me to come at any time after 11. 30 the room will be ready for you. I came after 1pm, but even that time the room was not ready and asked me to wait for 30 mins. Another issue i faced wae regarding swimming pool, the common one was under chemical treatment and asked me to use the pool villa pool, which was a private one, but after around one hour new team came to stay there and the same told me to use the common one, they will clean in 2 hours no issues with the chemicals they put ( remember i have 2 kids with me, i became angry and used the pool villa one for 30mins, even that was not well cleaned. It was a hectic time fighting with them. The positive side i found is that they were polite in speaking and tried their best to address my concerns after that issue. Another good thing is that the food was awesome and worth for the money what we are paying. Other than the above, rest of all were good for me, but they have to take care of the above issues, so only giving 3*

Heaven inn munnar is situated in the middle of nature. We stayed here for 4 nights in 1st week of may. This is in one word excellent property. Stand out features of this property is its cardamom garden. Regading the room/villa, pool villa is the best having private pool. Resort staff and management (stefan) are really helpful and homely. They put special attention to all needs of guests. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Location is very nice however, there is lots of scope for improvement in room amenities and services at the restaurant.

Great place to stay in anachal, munnar. Traditional kerala architecture is worth mentioning!

Our stay was fantastic, the caretakers were friendly, and the property's unique traditional wood interior theme gave us positive vibes, making it stand out. Perfect for a family trip!

Food is average and we have waited for a long time to check in.

In season there is only buffet dinner. Where is our choice. They should mention that customer didn't get food by there choice. May customer veg how they manage. If they want to eat another dish. Hotel is good but service is very bad they can't handle even 20 customers. Properly. Manger is very arrogant he is telling u can go to another hotel for dinner. But main reason is that hotel is outside of the city. There is no vehicles to go city area.

Awesome service from staff. Easily accessible from munnar and anachal. Nice food. Good for stay and to enjoy the nature.

Pool only for very few special room, not for standard room. Well mannered staff, excellent furniture, al cart a was very good, buffet was not upto mark

Stay is good, nice and calm property which is located away from crowded munnar. Food is good, good hospitality shown by the staff. It was not meant for the villa which include the pool. Not for all.

I would highly recommend this resort to family and couples. Very nice and calm place. The only issue i noticed is wifi internet connection is not working properly from my room at first floor. Otherwise i would have given 5 star. Excellent support from staffs. Overall good!
