very good service,Rooms was very neat and clean.this hotel location middle of city and near railway station.

We had chosen this hotel as they had flexible chekin. We were expected to reach hotel at around 8am, but due to delay in train we reached after 10am. Check in was simple process details filling. There was a spacious elevator, very convenient to reach rooms with luggage. We had booked two executive ac rooms, they were well maintained, hot water was available even at night. Hotel staff and security were friendly, helped us with catching auto and conveying message. Many auto pass by the hotel. At walking distance we went for break at vasant vihar and dinner at ponjikkara cozinha restaurant.

Booked specifically for flexible check in from 6pm - 6pm. But hotel refused and forced a 12 pm check out.

Ymca international house is located on good area. Easily can be reached from errnakulam junction as well main bus stand. Hotel building is situated on main road and maintained.

Neat, calm, homely feel basket ball ground &ball near by auto stand, railway station enjoyed comfot stay good receptions

Ymca international keeps its tradition here also. Decent stay and helpful staff. Parking is also easy. In the heart of town.

Fairly ok plenty of room for improvement,hospitality warmth needs to improve from the reception desk itself.It is from here one receives the right or wrong vibes,I mean the warm vibes.

Location: excellent hospitality: good no food options available at present old building with minimal amenities not vfm

Executive room reserved for 4 days was not at all satisfactory. No shower but hand shower was provided and the closet t n the toilet were so unhygienic with broken tiles on the floor. The bedroom was so badly organised. Requested for a change of room and they obliged but it was a pretty ordinary room small in size without sitting arrangements. Had to be on bed always. It was not an executive room at all. Behavior room boys were so bad. Yes they were bengalis. Above facts were notified to reception staff but they were helpless with a reply that the place is under remavation. Would have moved out immediately but the rent was paid to you in advance. No restaurant and not even facility to get a cup of coffee even early morning.

Good experience. Friendly staff. All equipment working. Sufficient room for couple. Good ambience.

There were a lot of mosquitoes and they didn't even provide a bedsheet or blanket. That rate is also too much for a non ac room which is not even clean.

Very horrible. Room was executive but full of mosquitoes and water supply in bathroom was not proper. After complaint done to reception there was not response. No table chair and cupboard for keeping valuables and cloths.
