Average Stay
The stay was tidy and clean, and the view from the balcony was nice, but their service was lacking. We asked them four or five times to change our room or fix the television, but they consistently ignored us, and their elevator was broken. and we asked them to use a shared restroom, but they didn't have one, so they asked us to use a room's private restroom instead.

Average Stay
TV was not working in the room, we booked two rooms and they only had 1 remote for both the ac in different rooms. Food service took more than 45 minutes for delivery. breakfast menu was decided by reception without asking us. Rooms were clean and maintained and helpful staff. overall stay was ok as food served was fresh and rooms were ok

Room not clea
The room was not clean and there was a bad smell from the lift. Pillows & mattresses are also not clean. Staff behaviour was good & food was also good

Really bad
Rooms were really unclean. Lots of bugs in the room and they didn’t even provide with towels and basic necessities.

Excellent Stay
The stay was awesome. Staff was really helpful. Whatever the issue was, it was quickly resolved by the staff. Though the lift is small, otherwise, I felt everything fits in the price offered.
