Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to take a moment to clarify a few aspects of our stay policy. Your check-in was completed before 1:00 PM, which aligns with the timing mentioned in the booking confirmation email. In order to prepare the space for incoming guests, we require at least one hour after a guest checks out to get everything ready for the next stay. As a homestay, our Wi-Fi is available only within the designated accommodation area. We have not received similar concerns about network issues from any of our previous guests. It was clearly stated in the booking confirmation that meals are not included in the stay. We do offer meal-inclusive packages at a different rate, and would have been happy to provide this upon request. Kindly note that most activities in Rishikesh take a similar amount of time to reach, regardless of where one is staying. Finally, for assistance with loading luggage into vehicles, we kindly ask guests to inform us at least 15 minutes in advance so we can assist promptly.
