Unhygienic room and amenities

rooms were so smelly and dirty washroom are the worst scenario there i will never recommend to anyone

hotel is in prime location, main market in rishikesh, easy to reach. Rooms are spacious with AC & geyser.

Toilet seat was broken and cleaning wss not done whatever we booked they said room not available overall service was worst

I had a very poor experience. One room, the flush was not working, another room the AC was not working. The staff was not supportive at all. They kept saying the AC was working and went away. We had to use a bucket to flush the toilet. POOR Experience. I recommend you skip this place

Only one issue I faced with this hotel is open entrance. Any one can enter easily in the room. It is a security issue

Worst experience in my life with this hotel, they are not able to provide water facilities in washroom & for drinking

The room was not clean, even tv sheets weren't properly washed. The washroom was also quite small. The staff was good though.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Didn't use the food service, so don't know about there food quality.

Remote place nice behaviour of receptionist.

Smallest washrooms with broken accessories, electricity issues every 45 minutes. They don't have any pantry services. You have to go out even for tea also. The mattress was dirty and hollow from the mid. And the sound of the bed was like it may break any minute

The hotel is far from many of the landmarks. You'll get stuck in the traffic while trying to reach the landmarks. The rooms are not good. There was no water at night and early morning. I had to make multiple calls for that. The room with 2 beds have window ac which is not enough for a room that big. There are no restaurants around the hotel or any market

Place is close to triveni ghat and ram jhula. Room is fine but washroom are small. Little maintenance is required overall average. Breakfast was good

Hotel is good as location wise and also service is average but safety is not good for children as it was on 2nd floor and in between rooms there is a uncovered open space which is dangerous for children, i suggest hotel management kindly cover it with iron grills to avoid any mishappening

The stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The experience was good and the booking was swift.

Location is good but in the name of amenities it has nothing. Staff behaviour was below average. Proper communication with reception is missing. Room quality was good. Kitchen is not available so food facility is missing. Stay purpose one can stay for other things just have to compromise.

All the amenities were good and they have helpful and hardworking staff. The food tasted good. I personally recommend this stay.
