Subject: Complaint Regarding Misleading Hotel Information & Refund Request
Dear MakeMyTrip Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking made through your platform. The details and facilities mentioned about the hotel were completely inaccurate. On reaching the property, I found the information to be misleading, and therefore, I chose not to check in or stay. Please find attached images for your reference.
I had paid approximately ₹6,000 for this booking, but despite several attempts to reach your customer support, I have received no proper assistance. This experience has caused me great frustration and disappointment.
I request the following:
Clarification as to why incorrect information was displayed on your platform.
Assurance that such issues will not recur in the future.
This experience has shaken my trust in MakeMyTrip, and unless this matter is resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to discontinue using your services.
