They provide me 1B, ROOM NO 104. room is good but the window of room was broken I told them to fix at the day one.but never fixed I stayed 5 nights over there because of my office trip. Day I will go to office and night only I will be.

Food is provide very less items also these hotel is like 3 bhk flat so that you can expect as home also the facility are very decent

Good stay at treebo pechis castle, chennai
Location-wise it is a good property but food and amenities need to be improved. There were too less options in the breakfast and the place was untidy.

very nice and supportive staff. bathrooms are great roo. however, the bedroom linen is not good and the rooms were stinking of cigarettes smoke so had difficult time sleeping.

Good stay
Everything was fine except for the room size ! nice building common area was spacious location excellent. Vry much centrally located major tourist attractions in vicinity of 5km ! vry good option for a stay of two!

One severe problem i have faced that most of the treebo group of hotel has no cooking facility. It is very much necessary.

Terrible Stay
As treebo hotels chain, pechis castle is purely unhygenic. -bed were not clean -dirty cushion covers -pillow smelling -blanket smelling -electric power shut down many time -dirty, stains towels -toiletery kit not provided -breakfast unhygienic -plates and cuteries are not stain free, no tissues -staffs are chhapri and no manners to talk -tv was not working -floor not cleaned properly -room was shut for longer time so, bad smell inside the room. I dont have images because i will never go to treebo again and will never book from make my trip again.

Great place to stay! it’s next to the main road which makes it easy to access transport. It’s also just kms from chennai railway station. I have loved staying at treebo hotels and look forward to staying there for my future trips.

Poor Stay
Not a good place for the money. It's just a service apartment. Cigerette smells all over the place. Spring bed with old sheets. Mini refrigerator was making noise all night. Breakfast is good. Hot and tasty. On the roof top. Cleaner place.

soloThe hotel shared its location so it was easy to find. The breakfast served at morning was average only. No dentalkit provided. Overall other services were good. However the hotel can improve its service by increasing the option in breakfast and providing dental kit

Worst stay ever!
familyI love travel and i’ve stayed at many places over the years but this was the worst experience ever. The receptionist/manager was extremely rude when we asked about late check out and complained that the ac was taking ages to start. The room is extremely small and nothing like the photos. I did not even bother to ask the manager for a refund because i had to get the hell out of that place.

familyFew things i want to point - no restaurant for lunch n dinner, breakfast is average at the best and quality of hotel is sub par. Torn towels n linens. Best thing is the support staff.
