Pleasant stay, need attention to room
I was a ggod stay. the valley views were amazing, food too. Food is expensive. the road leading to the hotel needs attention as it's very much abrasive. Ricto drop from lonavla station.it is foggy mostly during rainy. can be best for view. during winters. Room interior could have been better, to aesthetics need to improve.

One of the best location
It's a beautiful property. Loved the view from the room, the deck, and the swimming pool. The food was decent.

Good Stay
This was our second stay in last 6 months. We had booked to enjoy monsoon view unfortunately it was too foggy so couldn’t enjoy it. We were aware of the rooms no surprise. Rooms are lil old and need some upgrade. Food quality is good. Buffet spread is decent. Chef Maharaj and his team served some real delicious food. For my 2 year daughter he prepared amazing dall khichdi full of ghee. For my mother since she was fasting they gave fruits, sabudana khichdi and Lassi. Staff is very polite supportive. Remember the location is very outskirts so take full meal plan as u wont find anything in near by area. The place ow good to relaz and mountain view.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend We recently booked the Deluxe Room at Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala through MakeMyTrip, but what we experienced was nothing like what was promised or shown online. Room Bait and Switch: At check-in, staff tried to give us a standard room even though we had booked (and paid for) deluxe. Only after complaining did they shift us to room 142, similar to the MMT listing. This felt deceptive and started our trip on a very sour note. Terrible Housekeeping: The first room offered was very old and dirty, with a bathroom that wasn’t flushed properly and was completely unclean. When we finally got the correct room, the bathroom lock was broken, and we had to wait 30 minutes while maintenance fixed it in front of us. Driver Accommodation – No Care for Staff: There is no accommodation for drivers—not even basic blankets are offered, despite cold nights. This lack of basic humanity and hospitality is shocking at this price point Wasted Time, No Relaxation: Instead of relaxing, our stay was spent coordinating repairs and raising complaints. We came to unwind, not to do their housekeeping and maintenance job. Food & Approaching Road: The food is okay—not memorable, but not terrible. However, the road leading to the resort is in a bad state, making the journey uncomfortable and inconvenient Old, Poorly Maintained Property: The property is clearly in need of renovation and feels run-down. The rooms are outdated, maintenance is lacking, and management appears unresponsive Only the View is Good: The only positive aspect is the spectacular view from the property. Everything else, from room conditions to service, was a big letdown Horribly Below Expectations: I expected far more, especially at this price. Instead, the whole experience was horrible and simply not worth the money or the hassle Final Verdict: Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

A road to the upper deck is countryside road with lot of bumps and challenges. Once you reach upper deck the rooms are ok with poor in house management of sports facilities. The one time charges of food per person is 1250/- and taxes extra. Food is also not worth it.
