very bad experience. First they gave me room on 3rd floor with no intercom facilities. after i complain they changed my room to 2nd floor but the room was not seems to be deluxe room. also i stayed 3 days but lift was not working after several complain but the lift was not working. same was my key card sometimes work sometimes doesnt room service was average. Food was good.

Location is good. Swimming pool water in not cleaned, having so many insects. Bathroom is very small, geyser not worked properly, TV don't having Internet, water in jet is very slow. Dental kit not available.

Room was small, cupboard broken, fridge was missing from fridge space. Very small washroom, broken tissue hangers, Desi jugad were provided as cloth hanger. Washroom was clean but not maintained at all. Interesting was you cannot fully close door of the washroom, locking is far from thinking. Breakfast time was 8 AM which was not available till 9AM, impacting further day plan. And when it arrives, there were very limited options. Chole were Bhatura was missing, Coconut chatni was there, no idli or Dosa available. Poha and Bread was next with no way to roast bread. Never had this experience with no star hotel even.

property location was nice and hill view however it's wash room was untidy and pool was very dirty..price of the hotel was not worth.

Poor Room Service and Costly Food with Average Quality. Moreover, locality of the hotel is very far from the lonavla city. Must have own vehicle.

The stay was very good with beautiful view. The hotel facilities were also very good. Only the distance is more from any fooding place. Overall experience was very good

After entering, the room was given a different key. The AC in the room was not operating. The number to order food on the landline phone was not dialed. and other

Our booking was actually for 12 but we went a little late and our room was not ready. They asked us to wait and then we did not get a welcome drink as per the hotel's booking page. After that, when we went to the pool, we asked for towels and they said yes but they did not bring any. And there was no hot water in the washroom at all. When we told the staff there, they started saying the opposite, that there is only hot water. The hotel is clean and beautiful but the staff and facilities there are very poor.

The Aveda hotels room so nice along with service and food...thanks! Food is bit expensive with respect to quantity but taste wise its good.

had a wonderfull stay at aveda lonavala, feeling great to book a room here luxury stay very comfortable rooms and amd food is very good and tatsefull like to visit again soon

The Stay was good. Room was clean, view from the window was great. Room service is slightly slow. Wifi did not work at all for me. The Wifi signal was fluctuating & speed was extremely poor. Staff asked me to open the window for better wifi singal but it was of no use. For folks who are thinking of working from this place, please carry your own wifi setup with you.

location is good. calm but not too far from the city center. the rooms require attention for everything. for example : remote missing, intercom not working and bath fittings.

I stayed in a deluxe room in march 2025 and the experience was good. The property is well maintained, it has a pool and restaurant and the location has a nice view of the mountain right in the front and during the rainy seasons the view will be awesome. Tungarli damn is 5 mins away from the hotel. The rooms are a bit small, good for couples but families might find it a bit cramped.

Very comfortable stay! The experience was great. It's value for money. Very nice view from room. What impress me was, taste and quality of food.. had a great time at swimming pool. Overall, it was a memorable stay...
