Worst stay ever... Got Room No. -204, as booked for Twin bed, but given queen size bed for kid along & completely non maintained property. Doors can't be properly closed & wood got dis-aligned. Restaurant is full of cockroaches & flys around. No proper parking place.

Traumatic experience at the Sarovar Poetico

The property, location and the staff.. really really good but the place need some serious attention if the hotel management really expects repeat customer because I am not returning to them the next time for sure. While I personally called up twice to ensure the room is ready when we turn up at the property, the washroom's washbasin turned out to be a leaky one. This was not the first experience we were expecting in the hotel. We complained about it and since they weren't able to fix it, we asked them to change our room. Apparently all the rooms were sold out and so we had to continue stepping in the water logged washroom each time we had to use it. To add salt to the injury, we were offered 10% discount on all food if we ordered anything from the restaurant which we were already told about when we checked in the previous evening itself before we discovered the broken washbasin. So I have no clue what was the idea behind offering us the same discount again. To top it all, the room phone was unusable since I couldn't get in touch with the reception or the restaurant and had to keep using my cellphone to call for water or even the dental kit which I had to separately ask for although it should have already been available in the washroom. This should have a wonderful experience considering I had booked the property really early to celebrate my wedding anniversary but this really turned into a disaster. Summarizing all this, I expect a refund for the traumatic experience and am definitely not returning back nor will I recommend the place to anyone
